prob not a good idea to have 4 if you normally have 3... the extra carbs could kick you out of ketosis.

how did you forget???? i am desperate for each shake at the mo!!!
dont worry about it but just remember to have them all in future as they have the exact amout of vits and minerals for your body and you need them. You'l be ok this time just stick with the 3 today id say ;)

The packs are a bit of a chore to me really....(sometimes wish i could look at food that way!!)
