Righty ho, food today:

B: HEB bread, 2 'fried' eggs, 3 slices lean bacon, 2 roasted tomatoes. Ketchup (0.5) & EL mayo (1).

L/T: wagamamas. Not sure what I'm having yet.

S: hot chocolate (2 + 1/2 HEA milk).

Going out tonight too, cheap night out needed so will probably stick to vino but I'm not sure yet!

Total flexisyn day I think!
 
Well done on the weigh in! I find you so inspiring that even after the amount you have lost you still stay so focused and dedicated!

I've come too far to put it all back on now. Don't get me wrong there are days (like yesterday) where I'll still go out & enjoy myself. It's all about being sensible I say xx
 
Food yesterday was baaaaad but a line has been drawn and today has been on track.

After consuming many beers I decided that a pitta with chips, garlic mayo & a fishcake was a good idea. Tbh it tasted good haha. Haven't done that for ages.

Like I said line drawn.
Today has been an EE day;

B: HEB bread, lean bacon, 2 eggs. Ketchup (1).

L: stirfry with noodles. Mango.

T: pasta, tomatoes & cheese. (HEA).

S: sushi (1), grapes.

4 days until holidays, 4 little days, oh my I can't wait :)

Trying to be extra good this week after the weekend, I'll be grateful with a STS in all honesty, I've got my period so anything other than a gain will be fabulous haha. I deserve a gain after all that drink/food that I consumed on Saturday...

Todays food has been a green day.

B: 2 weetabix (HEB), 200mls SS milk (HEA), apple.

L: tomato, pepper & cucumber. Low fat cottage cheese.

T: wholewheat pasta, tomato, courgette, mushrooms, soy sauce. LowLow (HEA).
Hot chocolate (2).

HEA: x2
HEB: x1
Syns: 2
Vitamins: Taken.

Knocked up a batch of superfree soup to eat the next two days to get some extra veggies into me, also it's soup time now with this chilly weather :D
Tomorrow night is all about packing packing packing, eeeeeek.
 
Woohoo! How exciting that hols are nearly here! :D Last few days of being good before you get to reap the rewards of all your hard work on the beach! xx

Hello ladies, well the packing nerves have well and truely set in, panic about not having enough clothes has started when I know that I'll be fine. It's bizarre but packing always makes me feel on edge, haha.

I've been mega busy at work so the time is speeding by, can't believe it's Wednesday tomorrow already, only 1 whole day and 1 half day to go, yippeeeeeee.

Food today (green).

B: weetabix, milk & nana (HEA & HEB).

L: Veggie soup (carrots, leeks, onion, swede, parsnips).

T: 3 syn free quorn sausages, beans & tomatoes and peppers. Yoghurt.

I haven't dared weigh myself the last 2 days, going to do it tomorrow and hope for the best haha.

Sorry my posts have been crappy recently, just busy and hardly have anytime to catch up on anything, as soon as I'm back from holiday I promise to post a lot more interesting stuff xxx

Okay, sorry I didn't get round to posting yesterday I was so busy at work, worked until 730pm when I'm meant to finish at 6pm and I didn't get a lunch break, horrid day.

Food yesterday:

B: 2 weetabix, milk & banana (HEA & HEB).

L: None.

T: chicken slices & cottage cheese as I was just too knackered to cook anything properly.

Rubbish day, I really could have cried when I got home from work.

Today I'm off as it's Thursday and I'm having a much better today haha, obviously because I'm not working.

I've been up early, tidied my room & packed a little bit more. I have some washing on. I went out and bought all my toiletries for the holiday and got some euros, so I'm almost sorted now. Just relaxing on my bed now but going to paint my toenails and do some general pampering as I have to work tomorrow and knowing how horrid it was yesterday I know what tomorrow will bring although I'm on an early and will be leaving at 2, and I'm telling you now when 2pm comes I'm outta there, no staying late for me.

Food for today:

B - Melon, grapes & banana.

L - Home made veggie soup, chicken slices.

T - 3 quorn sausages, veggies & brown sauce (1).

HEA: 0
HEB: 0
Syns: 1.
Vitamins: taken.

Here is my WI! STS this week which I don't mind seeing as I ate SO much on Saturday.

Good afternoon all, I am here to declare I am a food monster & have been terrible whilst away just getting home today so straight back on it tomorrow. My clothes are tight and I reckon I'm having at least 14lb gain.

I'll weigh in tomorrow & will report back & will be coming for a serious catch up & telling off hehe.
