Yay, day 3 has landed and it's usually the worst but not this time, phew!
Breath is bordering on vile so methinks full ketosis is on its way.
Even though the local shop had no cans of Coke Zero yesterday so I grabbed a Diet Coke reluctantly, it doesn't seem to have
had an adverse effect.

Day 4 has landed, yay, and I feel really good...no cravings, thanks (mostly) to the chromium supplements.
Feeling confident now that the dreaded FIRST THREE DAYS are under my belt.
Have visitors popping by tonight so will have to lay on some goodies and then avoid them like the plaque myself!
First test! And there will be plenty more I'm sure but if I can pass this one I'm sure I can face the rest head-on.

Wow, the keto-energy suddenly kicked in there and I went on what you could only call a "mad one" cleaning at work.
Even the cobwebs in the ceiling corners didn't escape my beady eye!
And I attacked the housework with vengeance last night, didn't go to bed until after 1 a.m. and then decided to watch a DVD!
No wonder I slept in this morning! Thankfully the Big Boss isn't back until next week so no one's any the wiser...shhhhh!!

Good call! They're yum aren't they?! Have never tried Lighterlife ones so can't compare but even the name is a put off!

Am only having my spicy spaghetti lunch now at 4.15, only halfway through and stuffed already.

Can't wait to go home and.....get this......scrub the bathrooms!! Gotta love keto-energy!
