Some of you may remember me. I have been here countless times before but have never been bothered enough to succeed. I went and got married in September with none of my weight lost.

Now....I have no pressure at all to loose any weight so Im doing it for myself. Im sick of being the size I am. I feel constantly bloated and sluggish and generally rotten!

Im going this week alone as Ive missed my local meeting.

Weight this week on home scales is 222.6lbs.
