Hi Guys

I have done SW on and off for a few years (used to be Torquay Blonde on this forum) and find it the easiest way to shift the poundage before going on holiday, so starting today i have nearly 6 weeks to get rid of some unwanted weight!!

Friday Red Day

Brekkie: Strawbs, Rasps, Blueberries & Grapes with Muller
Milk for coffee (hex a)

Lunch:Smoked salmon sandwich on 2 nimble (hex b) with quark, lemon juice and salt and pepper
Grapes
Kelloggs Fibre Plus (hex b)

Dinner: Bacon, Quorn sausages, mushrooms, eggs with tom sauce (2)
Jelly (0.5) meringue nests (6) and muller with fruit

Exercise:
25 mins Davina (done)
walk 3 miles (work and back)

Monday Green Day

Brekkie
Mixed berries topped with a mullerlite
Milk (hex a )

Lunch
Jacket Pot with beans
3 ex light laughing cow (hex a)
Kellogs Fibre Plus (hex b)
Apple

Dinner
Quorn bolognaise with onion and peppers, pasta, grated cheese (6)

Exercise - walk to work& back 3 miles

Tuesday Red Day

Ham and salad sandwich 2 x nimble (hex b) quark
2 alpen lights (hex b)

Dinner
Ham & cheese omlette(hex a) with salad and salad cream (2 syns)
Fudge bar (5 syns)

Exercise
30 mins Davina (done)
3 mile walk - work and back

Looking good Hun and welcome back!

I like the sound of that salmon with quark and lemon juice, must give that a try when Im off Fast Forward!
