    Just joined on monday 9th august first time trying Sw so here goes
    tuesday
    breakfast
    Nescafe cappuccino 3 1/2 syns
    wholemeal toast hexb
    1 ex light laughing cow cheese triangle hexa

    lunch
    2 apples

    dinner
    lean steak mince,carrot and onion
    new potatoes
    butterbeans

    snacks
    cappuccino 3 1/2 syns
    2 krackawheat 3 syns
    1 ex light laughing cow cheese triangle
    2 apples

    wednesday

    breakfast
    2 SW steak and veg sausages
    1 tomato
    dry fried mushrooms
    1 slice wholemeal toast

    lunch
    cherries, grapes

    dinner
    2 SW burgers
    potato wedges
    dry fried mushrooms
    2 tbspns extra light mayo 1 syn


    snacks
    muller lite
    apple

    not sure if im doing this right so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

    Lovely I think you need more for your lunch!! Apples, cherries and grapes will not fill you up and you will find yourself craving things because you will be so hungry!! xx

    Have tried to have more for lunch but find because i am having a breakfast i am to full up to have much for lunch but I am still trying to get to grips with this lol

    toast and cheese for later tonight

    have to say i really enjoyed dinner I was starving lol
    trying to get to grips with the frees superfrees finding them a bit hard to understand

    Haven't been writing stuff down so think I need to restart my food diary so i know what i have been doing so here goes
    breakfast
    2 apples
    cappuccino 3.5syns

    lunch
    tin tuna red onion
    2 slices wholemeal bread hexb
    cherries grapes

    dinner
    broccoli cheese 11syns including hexa for milk
    chicken breast wrapped with bacon
    fruit salad (pineapple kiwi apple red grapes)
