Mix 2 Max help!

    Am trying a Mix 2 Max day today but no idea if I'm doing it right.... comments please

    B scrambled eggs & roll (heb)
    L Leek & potato soup (green)
    D bolognese & small jacket pot (red + HEB)

    snacks

    fruit & yog (free)

    Am i right in thinking anything synned is taken at the highest ?

    Thats right MrsEdz each meal is either green or original. So if you have a green lunch then you can have any of the green free foods and if its red then red free foods.

    Take the highest syns value and you still have your healthy extras. So your menu looks good.

    I always do mix to max now - you get far more variety, its great.

    It seemed to work quite well.. seemed to good to be true really... (bit like the whole plan really!)

    I think I will do it more often as I like green lunches & red dinners!!
