Mix a mousse disaster HELP!!

I am having real trouble with the mix a mousse!
Every time i use it i end up with white lumps of the gelatine floating on the top! I've done with both a blender and a hand held whisk. Is there a special way of doing it? Please help i'm hungry!!!

hey hun if you mix the powders together before adding them to water, add it in slowly, blending a bit at a time, then blend non-stop for 2 mins (not 1 as it says). also make sure the water is rly cold. if u do that u should be ok normally xx

Yup wannaB hs got it. Mixng the powder dry into the shake really makes a difference.
Then blend it to death wirth the whizzer before chilling in the fridge for 10-15mins.
I wouldn't bother trying to do it with a hand whisk.

you'll know when you've done it right...there'll be a firm frothy creamy bowl of yummy mousse to spoon up.
