Thought I'd try this food diary malarky. I do better when I write it down and would be nice to get comments (does anyone know how to post pics on an iPhone?)

So today: EE

Breakfast
Raspberries, ff yoghurt, museli (hexB)

Lunch
Salmon fishcakes (tinned salmon, ff yoghurt & mashed potato)
Lemon & thyme veg: courgette, mange tout, peas, carrots, broccoli + 1 tsp butter (2 Syns)
Choc Icecream (12 Syns)

Tea
SW cheese & paprika scones (+ hexA cheese) beans, bacon & homemade spicy (ff yoghurt + 1tsp chipotle sauce - 1syn) coleslaw with red cabbage, beetroot, carrots & onion
 
RED
Breakfast:
Mullerlight Greek (.5 Syns)
Blueberries
Apricots
Toast (hexB), lightest butter (1syn) 2tsp honey (2syn)

Lunch
Smoked ham, light mozzarella (hexA), leftover spicy coleslaw
Chai latte (hexA), (3syns)
1 sponge finger (1syn)

Tea
Stcky Pork escalopes: 1tbsp sweet chilli (2syns), soy sauce, fresh ginger, lemon juice & zest & veg stir fry (onion, carrot, mange tout, mushroom, water chestnuts)

Total Syns 9.5

Exercise: 1 hour walking, 1 hour yoga, 20 mins 30 day shred
 
So today was tiring and I am having to resist cake, so far so good.

RED
B:
Mullerlight Greek, apricots, toast & honey (3.5Syns)
L:
Smoked chicken salad (lettuce & carrots as were only things left in the fridge last night when I was making a packed lunch.)
Sponge finger (1syn)
T:
Beef ragu (tinned toms, onion, garlic, celery, carrots & half tbsp oil (3syns)), cheese (hexA) & green beans
Chai latte (hexA) ff yoghurt

Exercise
Walking-1 hour
Tai chi 1 hour
 
So, WI today and STS. A bit disappointing but never mind, fingers cross for good loss next week.

RED (am really going for red this week!)
B- homemade fruit bread (9syns and worth everyone of them)
L- ham salad (lettuce, carrots, fennel, tomatoes & 2 Syns of dressing) & strawberries
T - lamb kebabs (marinaded in ff yoghurt & ras al hanout salad (as above 2syns) SW cheesy chips (hexB & A) pitta (hexB) nom nom nom

Exercise 1 hour walking, will do yoga later when tea has digested a bit!!
 
2 days to catch up with as have been mad busy.
Thurs: GREEN
B-ff yoghurt & raspberries & toast (hexB) (3syns of butter & honey)
L-wholewheat pasta & tomato sauce with onions, garlic, peppers & cheese (hexA)
T-ratatouille, olive oil (hexB)
Biscuits (biscuits)

Fri: GREEN
B-ff yoghurt & honey (1syn)
L-herb, lemon & garlic couscous (olive oil HexB), halloomi (hexB), onion & peppers skewers, griddles aubergine & courgette with thyme & lemon
Filo apple pie (13syns)
T - omelette & tomato salad, veg sausage (1syn)
Glass milk (hexA)
 
Had a migraine yesterday so ate very little (just plain yoghurt)

Today: Green
Ff yogurt & museli (hexB)
L-white sour dough (6syns), asparagus & poached egg (6syns of butter)
T-tomato/pepper ragu, green beans, light mozzarella (hexB) & cheese (hexA)

Exercise: 2 hours walking, running round after the children
 
Red day today

B: 2 slices toast (2 x hexB) & nutella (4syns) nom nom nom
L: green beans, left over tomato & pepper sauce from yesterday, tin tuna & cheese (hexA)
T: roast lamb, ratatouille (6syns olive oil) & green beans.
Strawberries & yoghurt (2 syn sugar)

Exercise 1 hour walking & will do hour of yoga later.
 
Red day again

B- Nutella on toast (4syns & 2xHexB) with strawberries. Officially the best breakfast EVER!
L - chicken salad (2.5syns for the dressing)
Snacks - 1 almond biscuit (3syns)
T- ratatouille (3syns oil), green beans & feta (2xHexA)

Exercise: 1 hour walking, 1 hour running with the kids, 1 hour t'ai chi.
