Im a bit confused too! Ive not done one and have contemplated doing one today. My understanding of it is that - yes, you can have red lunch and green tea but the free foods you have must be free on both days! I would imagine that the HEA and HEBs you have must be for both days too. I might be wrong..... or it might not even make sense! xxx

I love M2M! You can have a red lunch and green tea (or vice versa). Each meal is treated like you would if you were on that day but you can only snack on foods that are free on both days. You can use any HEXs from either day (as far as I understand). If there are any syns in your meals (ie, you have melon and parma ham for a starter for a red meal) then you would count the parma ham syns for a green day because that's the higher syns.

    Does that make sense??

    Ok - so my menu:

B - x 2 wholemeal rolls with laughing cow light and ham
L - lean mince, bacon, onion, pepper, courgette, butternut squash, passata, worcester sauce, garlic and mixed herbs
T - jacket pot and baked beans

    snacks - clementines

    Is this OK?

Looks good to me! (apart from your missing HEX A's)
