MIXING S&S WITH LIPOTRIM

Hi i wonder if anyone could enlighten me. i still have the lipotrim shakes and as just wondering could i use these along with the s&s shakes. maybe doing a day on each product and with them both being VLCD x x

yeah you will be fine doing that hun ....I do it with CD and S&S

My mum mixes the two and they work well any VLCD should work x

Thanks to you both. I've got 10 days worth left so think I'll use the lipo up then continue with s&s until my goal weight. Weigh-in tomorrow so hope the scales are kind to me x x
