Mm, first weigh in not good.

Evening all,

Well today was my first weigh in and I know a loss is a loss, but 4lb! I expected at least double that really, especially after drink more than the recommended water intake. Hey ho though, there's always next week:)

Good luck to anyone else due a weigh in and keep on burning that evil fat:)

DUDE! 4lbs is so much!!!! I lost about that much after my first weigh in too. My weigh ins are 2 Weeks apart. But I was so happy because that's such a huge achievement :)
 
4lbs is great! Got to remember the NHS say a GREAT loss is 2lbs a week so you've smashed that!
 
I wouldn't worry about 4lb... it might be any combo of things. Not doing it 100% - nibbling here/there, TOTM, or your body is resisting the ketosis; or you were already dieting before you started and the change in diets can confuse the metabolism ... if the latter you will see a huge loss next week. Keep it up!

Just think if you lost 4lb every week or even most weeks! Would be fab. Don't be put off, just keep going one day at a time. Good luck x
