A cooked breakfast just hits the spot at the weekend. I've just had two huge fried duck eggs, two rashers of bacon (fat removed) and a very large superfree helping of mushrooms and tomatoes with a slice of HEB wholemeal bread toast (1 slice because it's a normal size loaf).

I'm full now and won't need any snacks until my lunch.
