Hi everyone

I have just had my first shake (well half). I have mixed a chocolate and a vanilla and split it into four smaller drinks with my slimfast scoop. I will be able to have 4 hot drinks and two smaller strawberry cold ones today.

The chocolate and vanilla hot is lovely. It makes a big difference to me because I am not too keen on coffee to make the vanilla into a latte and I am not keen on the chocolate on its own.

Oh well let's hope I can stay on this. I may be on here tonight moaning lol. I do fine all day but it is about 8-9pm when I start.

I'm not too keen on the choc on its own either, and the mint-choc version is 'ok'. I might try mixing the choc/vanilla and see what I think? I'm still experimenting too! LOL!

Just the one?! LOL! I add two to each shake- I haven't tried them without as everyone on here said how much better they were with them!

I haven't tried mixing the shakes to be honest but I do add other things.

To the vanilla - I add cinnamon
To the soup - I add paprika and pepper.
The chocolate - I have hot and it makes me feel cosy !

I've gone off the strawberry at the moment.
