Coconut latte HEA...I know...not ideal but had something as no healthy food available.

2 skinny crunch peanut butter HEB..not an official b choice but 63kcals and fibers quite high.

EVENING DINNER
SW BBQ pulled chicken 2 syns as used golden syrup in recipe, airfryer chips and salad

Strawberries, broken meringue 2.5 syns mixed with coconut mullerlight 0.5 syn as not full pot.
