Evening dinner.

Made some syn free KFC style chicken, I didnt have any speed to put with it as my salad had wilted and gone dodgy so I had some and had a pot of melon after it.

Just to confirm...I didnt eat it all haha, theres loads left.

Bottle of Jacobs Creek Savignon (spelling?) Blanc. Not sure how many syns.

Prawn salad, it came with coleslaw which I wasnt going to eat but found the prawns to be lukewarm like they had been defrosted in microwave which really put me off and didnt eat them. If anyone knows syn value of Morrisons reduced fat Coleslaw let me know. I have classed it as 2 syns.

Fish from chippy...I removed most of batter but its kinda guess work. I will play it safe and say 8 syns instead of the 15 for a fully battered fish.

EVENING DINNER
Homemade SW friendly pasta bolognese.

I make this with....
Organic lean mince steak
Garlic (2-3 cloves...you can reduce this but I love garlic)
2-3 onions (love my onions lol)
Tin of chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
2 Knorr beef stock cubes
Teaspoon (maybe a bit more) of hot chilli powder once I have served my sons as I like it a bit spicy.

You can also add peppers or mushrooms or even both if you wanted too, I have to keep it smooth and simple so my son will eat it too.

Hot water added to thin out so it can simmer for a good while without burning and will reduce naturally.

If you have a HEA available or syns you could sprinkle some cheese on top which is lovely.

It looks a bit short on pasta but I dont like to have too much pasta as it bloats me.

I tend to have a bag of salad leaves in the fridge to munch on for speed haha. I managed the carrots anyway even though was a bit early.

SW friendly Salt n Pepper chicken...found this very hard to eat as too spicy. I used sugar instead of sweetener but have synned it according to how much I eaten.

It says a tablespoon of sweetener....I had half of what I cooked, but only ate half of that so synning about 1 syn to be on safe side.

Slimming world friendly syn free crisps.
