    Daily allowance 25 points

    1/2 pint skimmed milk for drinks 1

    B- 50g sultana bran 2.5
    1/4 pint skimmed milk 0.5

    S- banana 1.5
    pint of squash 2 ( and yes i will be buying sugar free from now on :eek:)

    L- ww beef hotpot 3.5
    green beans 0
    low fat strawberry yogurt 1

    S-special K bar 1.5

    D-medium portion pasta 2
    1 oz cheddar 4.5
    heaped teaspoon pesto 2.5

    Total 22.5 ( tho i did gestimated the weight for cheese and pasta at teatime)

    Bring on day 2
