pint of squash 2 ( and yes i will be buying sugar free from now on )
L- ww beef hotpot 3.5
green beans 0
low fat strawberry yogurt 1
S-special K bar 1.5
D-medium portion pasta 2
1 oz cheddar 4.5
heaped teaspoon pesto 2.5
Total 22.5 ( tho i did gestimated the weight for cheese and pasta at teatime)
