Monday hour by hour

Morning all.Lovely bright sunny day here in yorkshire,and must say i am feeling brighter.Weigh in tomorrow morning,so i have a day to get my act together.Got two appointments with the chiropractor this week so lets hope i hear that magic 'crack'that means my vertabrae are back in line and the pain will dissappear.
