Another 3 pounds lost and I had 2 meals ( tuna salad and chicken salad ) that's 20 pounds in 4 weeks. WOW!!!! I'm really pleased x
 
well done thats a fab loss in 4 weeks this plan is great. :)

Brilliant well done on your loss tbh I've been adding a couple of very low fat no carb food at the weekend and it seems to be working for me ok! It does tend to break it up a bit five days out of seven doesn't seem half has bad as seven!!! xx
 
I'm doing it again this week then I'm doing 8 weeks TS because I want quick results for my holiday in August lol!! X
