Gained 1lb this week, but it is * week, and we went out for a slap up meal yesterday with my in-laws for my OH's birthday - so I really wasn't expecting a loss!

Good morning all my Monday buddies, i have lost 3 lbs this week, i had lost 4lbs when i sneeked on the scales but i must have put it on over the weekend.... boooo...... never mind total weight loss is 1/2 stone wowow i'm chuffed as its all in right direction x x

Well done on losses so far. I'm pretty nervous about tonight's weigh-in. I've had a couple of days where I've been so busy I've barely eaten, and that always tends to have a negative effect on my weight-loss. Fingers crossed I won't have gained though, as that would be unfair for a bit of accidental starvation!

I think not eating enough gives me a negative effect aswell but its just finding the time xx

Hi all Monday weigh-iners, I've lost 4lb this week and had to share Slimmer of the week with 3 others too...woohoo! Our group had the Miss Slinky competition and a taster this week and it all felt like the start to the countdown for Christmas. Hope everyone else does well this week..
