ProPoints Monday Weigh In

No weigh in for me today since it's a bank holiday Monday. I'll go tomorrow.

Was bold and didn't post last week. I'd gained 2 pounds. Anyway, I lost 4.5 pounds this week so I'm very happy with that.

No class/no weigh in last week

After two weeks on Filling and Healthy I have lost half a pound...after four weeks I am now the same weight as when I started:eek:...however I do feel a lot healthier and more energetic:D

Going to point daily instead of doing Filling and Healthy.
 
Very good week pointing and at weigh in last night I was down 3lb:)

Down a pound this week. I usually don't get the chance to post on Mondays but I do get weighed. Apologies when I don't post on time.
 
I am a Monday weigher, first wi tomorrow morning, I am doing ww from home on pp. I have off on plan most of this year but after a good couple months break, this time I am feeling focused and hoping for a loss tomorrow morning!!

Anyway, weigh ins since I was here last.

03/06/14 - Up 1.5 pounds :(

11/06/14 - Up 3 pounds :( :(

16/06/14 - Down 5.5 pounds :wee:
 
Down 0.5lb this week. :) It means I've reached another mini goal :D
 
Down another 0.5lb again this week. Baby steps but who cares? It's a loss.

Onwards and Downwards.
