hi i'm new on here have just had my first weigh today in and am 8 pound lighter whoo woo, so hope i can help you's with your 3 stone loss weight loss, not that you's really need it everyone on heres doing fab!! well here comes week two roll on monday! am so happy p.s does anyone know if you are supoosed to have your wee checked everytime at pharmacy, i havn't had mine checked yet? :wave_cry:

My go woman that's half a stone !!! - think you need to go grab yourself a few bags of sugar and feel what thats like - what were you expecting ? everyone is different - don't be down, lets face it it's 7lbs light than you were a week ago
Give yourself a break, that's a good weight loss wow how good is that!!

Well done Chele, that's a great loss!
So between the 12 of us we lost 77.5 lb or 5 and half stone (+ 1/2 lb!)

Bit late but have only just logged on. I've just had my 6th weigh-in and I lost 3lb this week - whoop whoop!
Hiya everyone!
I got all my diet food this morning & started so i'll be getting weighed on a Monday morning with you all!
Starting weight was a bit worse then i thought but hey ho, a few more pounds to lose wont make too much of a difference now!!
Well done to everyone today! Hopefully i'll add a few more lbs to the weekly total!

12 weeks old:
2 years old he is three now and a little bigger)
and no, I wasn't expecting the kiss!
