Oh what a shame I cannot join in. I've promised the guys on the 'other diets' forum I'll not exercise whilst being a guinea pig with this lipobind!

I'm still spending a couple of hours zapping with slendertone though!!

I will walk my little one to school then walk onto the pharmacy for my WI, then walk home again.

I will also do a get-fit DVD but not sure which one yet.

I will also walk up to the school to collect little one at the end of the day.
