Morning all!! Red day today

B: 2 HB eggs, fruit salad, skinny sf vanilla latte (HE A)
MM: muller light
L: Roast chicken, carrot & celery sticks
MA: grapes, cherries, orange/choc sw bar for train commute home (HE B)
D: Grilled seabass, roasted bns, steamed courgettes

E: 1 hour walking
W: 2 litres

Sounds good Steph. Red day for me also:-

Brekkie: Smoked salmon in scrambled egg, clementine, milky coffee (HEA)
Lunch: 3 x mini baby bel light (HEA) chopped up in salad (lettuce, carrot, tomato, cucumber, celery) 2 tbsp Tesco HL Moroccan spiced apricot dressing (1 syn)
Snack: clementine, grapes, blueberries
Dinner: Veggie cottage pie - Tesco frozen vegmince, cooked up with tinned toms, courgette, onion, carrots, 2 tsp bouillon powder (2 syns), dished up with 142g garden peas (HEB) and brocolli. Making twice the size and will freeze one. Off to cook it right now! Yum

E: erm, none today
Drinks: loadsa water, 2 coffee, 2 diet tonic water ea. with 4tblsp orange juice (total 2 syns, i think?!)

Breakfast:
2 whole wheat blueberry waffles smuthered in blue berry yogurt plus an orange and 6 cups of black tea
Lunch:
pouch of salmon, 2 chocolate granola bars and an apple
Supper:
Kashi Go Lean Cereal
with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and a handful of almonds and a banana
