Thursday 22nd May 2008- the start of a whole new attitude
Free- grapes, grantualted sweetner, fruit salad, muller,mushy peas,muller
HE-soya milk, all bran,
syns- falafel 10 syns

total Syns = 10
exercise- walked 2 miles,2miles, 2 more miles,2 miles, excersie video.

Friday 23rd May 2008
Free- sweetner, chopped apple covered with muller, grapes, chicken , spinach, mushrooms, calliflower
HE- Soya Milk, 42g crunchy bran,
Syns- muller corner (6), sauce (6)

total syns- 12
Exercise-walked 2 miles, went on crosstrainer for 5 minutes (hey its a start), 15 tricep dips, 15 tricep dips

Saturday 24th May 2008
free-pasta, jacket spud, beans, blueberries, cous cous, SW crisps
HE- 42g all bran , 42g all bran, soya milk
syns-All bran (5), muller corner (6), JD (12)
total syns (23)
Sunday 25th May
Free- Gammon,water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, muller light, grapes, carrotts
HE pottato, milk
Syns- Sausage (1), ice cream (5), chicken &cashonuts from take away (8.5), noodles (15)
total syns 29.5

Monday 26th May 2008
Free-muller light, ham, bannana, chicken, colliflower
HE-42g all bran, soya milk, very low fat cheese,42g crunchy bran
Syns- mini milks (4), Crunchy bran (5) marrowfat peas (1.5)
total syns 10.5
Tuesday 27th May 2008
Free- Grapes, sweetner,muller light, bannana, muller light, quorn, pasta
HE-42g Crunchy bran , soya milk
Syns- sauce (10)
Exercise-walked 2 miles, walked 2 miles

Wednesday 28th May 2008
free- bannana, bannana, apple, quorn, pasta, toffee muller light
he-soya milk, 42g crunchy bran
syns-

total syns for the week- 95 - lost 2 and half pound!
