Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

:) Thank you guys

So I did join gym again and have to say . Im so glad I did. Saturday I did my day in gym as I good as I could but today I had first class again after 3 months of being away and I cant tell you how good I feel.
The club have changed owners and there is some changes - I like it. More classes - and most important classes I wanted to take part of.
More aqua aerobic classes and we have aqua ZUMBA - yes yes yes, yes !! - this is great , cant wait to go there. Sad thing is , it night time and when I go back to work I cant be sure I get tuesdays off - but if I have I will be there 110%
Other class - they have Kettlebell 20 min class - WOW , WOW - also tomorrow :D I love kettlebells ( not telling you that saturday I did my swings with 8 kg kettlebell and yesterday my back was paaaainfulllllll, so bad - lol , but so worth is ) So I will try and remember everything they say and show in that class. KB is my new love ( again ) :D
Today aqua class was so great - I was sweating and I felt how my legs burn. We had some bad classes before and to have class like this , even tho its been 3 months- was better then I ever hoped for =)
Yes, life is beautiful
( only my polar watch is so old and keep sending error signals, I really need Santa to get me something new, not 100% must have thing, but would like to see how much I work and how many cal I did :p )
 
Ahh that's great Moo. Exercise makes you feel so good doesn't it? I really want to try kettle bell classes. My favourite are body combat and body pump. I'm going to the gym now to do Spinning. Have you tried it? It's so hard but it really burns the calories and you feel great afterwards! I find that if I exercise a lot and don't eat very much (because of night shifts) I end up gaining weight, STS or have a tiny loss. This happened to me at weigh-in today so I'm going to try and make sure that on exercise days I have 15 syns and on all the other days I have 10. I'd love a new Polar watch too. It's really motivating when you can see your heart rate isn't it?
 
I have not done body combat - Im scared about my knees but I will have spinning at friday - help :p
years ago I did water spinning and it was amazing - ofc as I remember I needed crane to get out of pool , lol - but so awesome =)
Good luck in your class today and enjoy it. Polar watch is good idd - sometimes my heart rate get too high 189 was max and its good to know that and let it go back down a little.
sorry to hear you have small loss or sts but its not gain and you should be proud of yourself =) You will get there =) I know the night shifts are hard as body are not made to stay up late. But work-outs and SW will work and we all get to our targets soon =)

I like kettle bells too - very good for toning. Spinning is good for the knees as not weight bearing. I don't push myself enough when I'm spinning that's the only thing.

Waffle I promise you shouldn't worry about that. When it comes to the gym everyone is concentrating on themselves. If anyone was going to look at you and think anything it would be admiration that you got off your backside and are trying your very best to get fit. I saw something quite cool a while back - I'll see if I can find it ;-)

Im off for two weeks now and I will got to gym more. Hope to see little changes on photo in two weeks time.

Oh and I lost a pound this week. Only 0,5 pound needed for 6 st award :)

I am exactly the same my lovely, I am scared of going on my own and that i will embarrass myself as my muscles are so rubbish =( I can't even find the courage to go to a gym on my own =(
 
I found it but not sure if I should post it is I don't want to offend anyone. It has the word fatty in it - someone sent it to me when I was really worried about going to my work gym where everyone was a size 8 and I was obese at 12stone.

I was a fatty so think not posting anything that didn't apply to me! There is a swear word in it so be warned ;-)

It went viral a while ago so you might have already seen it. I really liked it and was probably the thing that finally got me to barrys bootcamp - that was terrifying! Ellie Goulding, David Beckham and guy Ritchie work out in those classes that's how fit people are! I was an obese lifelong non exerciser!!

So Im back and guess what -
I need to clap myself. I missed me class by an hour. One hour - earlier :D and I went to class but it wasnt Zumba , well ofc - if I would look at clock I would know that but I did not. So I figured they changed classes … ah well when Im already there will do the body pump then. :D I think I will die tomorrow tho. All those squats :D
After class ended I saw that my Zumba trainers are there. Heheh - and I stayed for Zumba too - I spent 721 kcal. 2,5 hour almost :D

I promise you, there is no reason to worry at all. None. I started at 24 st at gym , no one was looking at me that Im too overweight to be there or that I slow others down or that I cant do routines. Fact was that people step close and said how well Im doing and wished me luck and told me to keep going =)
After I lost about 4 st they started to notice and ask how I lost weight and being happy for me. Strangers from gym were hugging me and sharing my success. Today I saw some people I havent seen 3 months - they asked hows Im doing and said that I look great and lost more weight and they all were smiling at me and said its good to have me back. :D best feeling ever. Nothing to lose only to win

I know its so scary to go alone - what I did was taking personal trainer for first time , so she could explain what and where. Next time I had my mp3 on so loud that I could not hear or see anyone around me and just did what I had to do , lol =) After that it was easy =) And look around in gym - everyone are just people like we all =) working out. No one will stare and if someone eyes will meet, then there is a smile on that face =) thats an promise
