Good morning and glad you like to coat , lol - I know its looking like something little girls would wear but I just love it. Good thing about this coat is that it goes very well with trousers. Better then with dress but I was too lazy to change :p

So what going on in my little world. Yesterday was superb day. Had only 2 meals. Think I was still so full after the chinese :) and as an result my scales had big smile for me 107,7 this morning. Yes , Im back at 107' ish :) very pleased with that.

My photo challenge goes well and not so well same time :) it goes well because it gives me ideas what to eat and how much but I dont have all the stuff for those things in house and Im not to bothered about it either. Ill make changes on the go but will try to catch the main things on photos. So yesterday I had spaghetti bolognese on menu - I had penne pasta bolognese. Not a big difference.
Today I should had for breakfast - beans , eggs and ham sw with salad and cottage cheese. Instead I had -
Smoked fish sw with salad and cottage cheese and mushy peas , as I did not had beans or eggs in house.
Still different from my usual menus and I feel full and happy.

Good job Cat =) Do not forget we have challenge here 8 kg to go. Tho you doing the none sugar thing also.
Today I read about how people have lower the amount of carbohydrates in their foods and by doing that they have almost given up sugar in total. I cannot do that tho. Maybe someday when Im as close to target as you are , I will have to try it but for now its just useful information to keep in mind for future

One more good day behind me. Its harder then I was thinking to copy the menu from my second week. And easier then I was thinking same time.
Hard because I dont have all the stuff for right meals and I do want to use up stuff I have in house before buying some more and easy as this menu is unbelievable filling. Im very happy with it.

Lunch today should have been pasta and ham salad but instead I did cottage cheese, ham and potato salad.

Dinner was pasta bolognese again. Just like in my second week. I really loving this with nice amount with salad on side :)

Tomorrow is borš day. Need to think how to get borš with me to work. Not sure what breakfast was. Will see in morning. :)
 
Perfect day. Still on my photo challenge and I really glad Im doing it.
Food is nice and I find it easy to stay on plan. Small changes but still pretty much same stuff :)

Who made you eat all this crap two days in row , just before going home? Well its done now and I need to face the music. Gain over 2 kilos with 2 days. :copon:
Whats done is done and I still WILL enjoy my little holiday and after I WILL get back on track.

I am little worried tho, the reason I had two bad days is that I had my first days as s-chef and turns out I am still really bad with my food choices :( I had food with me, I was all planed but new position makes me cook different kind of foods including desserts and sandwiches ... I dont even notice how much I taste and then when I reach some kind of limit I think - ah , this day is off and all the gates for hell opens. I eat , eat and then eat some more.
I cannot tell you how much I did try yesterday and still I ruined all my good work and stuff myself at night. I did good half of the day. Had nice borsh with me and had my soup, but then pit but pit I had one thing , then another and by the time it was later at evening I had burger and then when I got home I found chips in my hubbys naughty drawer and had to eat all of them ???? 3 packs , then add to all nice estonian candys that my friend got us,.... I was at point where nothing could stop me anymore.

so , what the scale will tell in class will be close to 110 kg again :S but I deserve it.
 
Stay strong darling girl. A new job is a MASSIVE deal. HUGE. Ok two bad days. I often do that you know - if I have an event say on a Friday and I'll be amazing mon - thurs lunch and then suddenly go off the rails!! So weird!

Holiday is the most important thing right now. You're going to have an amazing time.

I know you'll be back on it when you get back. Thinking of how you've started to feel in all those lovely clothes is a great incentive :)

I must think it was just pure luck and learn from it. Also that shows how big difference scales have. I like that my scales show little bigger number then scales at group. If it would be other way I would be very sad
