wow, you have done incredibly well. its so good to have a role model like you to aspire too. i am 17st 7lb and its good to be able to relate to someone who was of a very similar size when you started. i start cambridge diet on wednesday and cannot wait to lose the weight. did you do much exercise with the diet or did it literally just fall off of you week after week? the results of CD are incredible to witness!! well done you!!
