I know I must always seem to be asking question but was wondering. Im on day 3.

1) My skin is looking pasty and blotchy. Is this normal on the diet? Is this the detoxing and will my skin look clear again soon?

2) If you dont manage to drink the 4 pints a day will there be any side effects?

3) I have been feeling a bit bloated and my stomach looks big today is this normal? Is it because of the water im drinking?

Not drinking the right amount of water will lead to dehydration and will slow your fat loss down, something you don't want to do on this diet. A lot of the water we get for our needs comes from the food we eat. As we're not eating, we have to replace that by drinking. Your body needs that amount of water to function properly so if you want to stay feeling well on this diet you must drink the minimum recommended quantity of 2 litres. Drink more if you can but not more than 4 litres daily. I sympathise because I don't drink a lot of water usually and have struggled a bit but I have NEVER not drunk the minimum recommended amount and I've felt fine the whole time I've been on this diet.

You definately need to get that water into you,,i drink the 4 liters a day because my body feels it when i dont,,,i start to get abit shaky without my water,, im lucky in that i love water,,,its my years of weightwatchers i think
