If you fall off the wagon today don't beat yourself up and fall off plan. Get straight back on, it takes a weekly deficit of 3500 calories to lose a LB of fat that's 500 calories less a day. Also it is often documented to break a plateau vary your daily calories as long as you still have less over time your losing. Not to mention a couple of extra exercise sessions or extra walking to get you back on track.

What a rational sensible post - thank you!

I'm going to do WS today & just have the meat & green veg when we go out for lunch. My in-laws have done CD before so they'll understand.

DH has got up with the kids & I'm in bed waiting for my cuppa. Think I may have to go get it myself ;-)
