No not hungry at all had cereal n fruit this morning n had cupa soup n fruit for lunch....il b starving by 6 tho lol. Not going out till late waiting for oh to finish work so may have the salad n then have something else before I go out xx
 
Hi I am getting on ok thanks jemma! Well except saturday when I had a bit too much to drink and went to a BBQ! But I weighed myself today and I did loose 1lb so that's better than nothing! Just got to be focused this week!!! X

Thanks :) and I way in on Monday's which is not great because I often do bad on weekends!!! The BBQ was great but probably not great for my WI lol hope you are all ok :) x
 
That's why I get weighed on wed usually, gives me a few days after the weekend to try n burn all the alcohol off lol xx
 
Monday would be so hard for me to weigh in also. I'm a Wednesday weigher, as Jemma said gives ya a few days to work the weekend treats off! Xx

Hi everyone! Right I have changed my WI to Friday now! And I have set a target loss for each week as 2lb a week! If I work hard I think I can achieve this! Then by Christmas I will have lost 40lb !! I will have to start focusing again and exercising alot and maybe some weeks I will loose more! Doubt it though but just want 2lb a week!!! Wish me luck haha x
