Hi all

Just had a little 'lift' and wanted to share!!

After my weigh-in this morning, I decided to check where my BMI was on an online calculator.

(I know it's automatically calculated on our profiles, but wanted more than just a number)

After checking, I can now confirm that I am now Class I obese, and no longer Class II !!!!

Ha ha ha, well made me feel better anyway!!!

Aww nice one well done!! The rate you are going you will be in the 'overweight' category in no time!!! I am really looking forward to that day for me. Having a BMI in the 20's is a sign that target is getting close!!
