hi alymoo, please keep going hun, i've messed up twice now and know how you feel when it comes to the weekends, but you have to keep remembering why you want to lose weight. what was the last straw for you? have that thought in your head and also try and visualise being slim. set yourself small goals and rewards yourself with gifts (non Foody) if you can. also keep posting on this site, theres lots of challenges that you could join, site can be quiet sometimes but you will always get a reply. don't give up hope hun, "just keep going, just keep going,just keep going, going, going".......................(finding nemo) LOL sorry i couldn't help it!! you will be fine hun, join our food diary. write down all that you eat every day. look in the mirror and say "I WILL DO THIS".x
