    Been finding it hard to find motivation to stick to slim fast start off week well then i wain abit then by the end of the week all hope has gone . But would just like to say thanxs to all those that use minimins been reading posts this morning and have found some great inspiration for me to start again.;)

    I`m sorry that were feeling a bit down`s very difficult to get motivated sometimes I agree. Mine finally came when I went to London and went in to Bravissimo for a bra new shape from just a good fitting bra spurred me on to continue and this morning I can definately say I have gone down a waist size...not a boob size yet!!
    I think our motivations are all individual but through this website we can encourage and listen to each can do this......we can all do this!!!

    hi alymoo, please keep going hun, i've messed up twice now and know how you feel when it comes to the weekends, but you have to keep remembering why you want to lose weight. what was the last straw for you? have that thought in your head and also try and visualise being slim. set yourself small goals and rewards yourself with gifts (non Foody) if you can. also keep posting on this site, theres lots of challenges that you could join, site can be quiet sometimes but you will always get a reply. don't give up hope hun, "just keep going, just keep going,just keep going, going, going".......................(finding nemo) LOL sorry i couldn't help it!! you will be fine hun, join our food diary. write down all that you eat every day. look in the mirror and say "I WILL DO THIS".x
