motivational thread... What is your loss in comparisons?

I've noticed that a few of us are struggling with the old motivation at the moment, so here it goes. Hope this helps:

So far I have lost two bags of 1kg sugar!!!!!!! I stood and lifted one in each hand in Asda today (lol!) and I just thought wow!! I knew then and there that it's not much in the greater scheme of things, but I thought to myself hey! How awesome is that! That's my hard work, that is!!! And I actually felt kinda proud of myself haha x

So here's to you, how much have you lost not in lbs, but in actual things? :)

PS: Points for creativity here!!

Lots of love, Caramelle X X X

LOL - Kilo's confuse me but... I've lost 4lbs... not much but not bad either since I've been on track for about 3 weeks now.

However I did look at lb's of butter in the supermarket on Saturday and thought... actually, thats not so bad at all, getting rid of one of those a week is a pretty good thing :D

In comparision I have lost (and more now) than the weight of the rucksack that I take to the gym (which has in my trainers, boxing gloves etc) and its a great relief to get it off my back when I get there - as I walk there with it on my back and its scarey to think that was on my bum (and other places).

You are so right we need these visual motivational tools to keep us going.

Here is a funny one - I knew that my jeans were getting loose but it was when I have to go to the little girls room and went to put my trousers back on that i noticed that I hadnt even undone the zip/or buttons!!!!...:8855::8855::beam:

I have lost almost a skinny person in weight! 9 stone (almost!)

I googled how many kgs in 11lbs... and got a bit disappointed at the fact that I've only lost 4kg :( 11lbs sounds so more impressive! Well not even nearly as impressive as some people who lose a whole 11lbs in a week, but ya know...

So, I have lost 26 pots of Mullerlight yoghurt. And the funny thing is, I've probably eaten that many while losing that weight! x
