Hi Pierce,

Could you please move my thread ' Time for Change' from the 'Other Diet Options/All Other Diets/VLCD' to the sub-forum in the same group called 'Low Carb Diets'. I'm not longer on a VLCD and don't want to confuse anyone who might land on my thread
