On Wednesday I moved up to 1000. I needed to in my head, and was 1lb officially from goal. (I think I want to go a little lower though, 9st 7lbs is the top of healthy for me, I'd like to have a little to play with.)
However, having done so, am I still going to lose, as so far no more has come off.
I'm going to give it a week, but if I stay the same or gain  then I can go back on 810 can't I?

I am slightly worried that I won't now lose anything, has anyone else?

I'm currently on the 1000 plan and in my first week it didn't look like I was going to lose weight, however, the scales are now moving again.
I think your body has to adjust to the larger intake of food and the reintroduction of carbs.
You're still on a low calorie diet, so i'm sure you will still lose weight.

Thanks Liz. The scales have gone down 1lb this morning, which is good. I'll be happy with just 1 or 2lbs a week, just don't want to get stuck.
