movicol??

well i have hit the wall that any others seem to hit too - constipation

are you alowed to take movicol on cd?? i have some here as it was all that would help me after having my baby!!

I've read some threads where people stated that they use Movicol. So I'm sure you're allowed it on cd.

Yep, I used it when I got like that and lot's on here have to and it doesn't affect a thing. It was the only thing that worked to as I tried cd's fibre 89 and it did nowt. Good luck x.

Yes, movicol is fine. Avoid ducolax which is too harsh.

Fibre89 isn't a laxitive though It's not meant to be, and can make it worse if you are constipated.
