moving to owl?

is it completely necessary for me to stay in induction or can I move to owl after 2 or three weeks. I'm just scared i won't be able to stick to induction for months esp considering my work schedule. Will it be a huge deal? the book says you can move onto owl if you're bored with your food choices but i'm new at this.

Hi Mich and welcome, I stayed on induction for 6 months, I see you still have a fair way to go so I'd not move into OWL yet if I were you.
