    Hiya everyone,

I'm about 2 stone from goal and I'm just wondering when everyone started to move up from SS? I know I shouldn't rush it, but I'm getting really impatient to move up :p

I don't want to stop losing the weight, but I'm really losing my motivation on SS+. What do you all think?

Personally, i would stick with it!
I would be terrified of being so close but then having to deal with the weight loss slowing down.
Before you do anything, have a chat with your CDC and see if there isnt a way to deal with the motivational side rather than looking at the food!
You have done so amazingly well so far on your CD journey....why stop now? lol
Maybe set yourself a target of another month and see how you feel then?
Hope you come though this hun!
Amazing weight loss you have on your ticker xxxxx

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
I would say stick with it too.

If the motivation to stay with SS+ is really rock bottom, rather than fall off the wagon completely, move up to 810 and stay there until you get closer to goal.

I think you'll regret it if you move up too soon ;)

Personally I'm not moving up til I hit BMI 25, then I'll only have a half stone to shift util goal.

I just want off asap for good, to be finished. And I was like you considering going for a slower plan for a few extra weeks to "give myself a break" a while back, but it would just have delayed finishing. And I want to finish dieting and get to maintaining.

I think like KD says, why not try 810 for a few weeks and see how you get on initially?
