MrMoJo - Monday - Week 2 WI

Sound's like you're a model exante weight loser - you'cve followed their guide of 10lb W1 then 4lb a week thereafter!

I say that's great that you knwo if you do slip and jump straight back on you're still on for a good loss old chap!

I'm having a dodgy week this one as at a conference so it's like an early AAM week + wedding coming up but in the scheme of a 2, 3 or 4 month campaign the odd blip that you can correct is nothing to worry about.

I think we're often our own worse critics and like others say I think you should give self credit for a good result so far and a hop right back on the wagon.

oh and bringing a bit of much needed bloke humour to the forum.....

Oh and forgot to say for me itr was week three that the women in the office started to comment that they could see I had lost weight so that should be coming to you soon..........
