Just weighed myself, jumped on the scales three times, took the heaviest weight, rounded it up and I've lost 5lb this week w00p w00p!!

Thats a total of 19lb in 5 weeks, pleased as punch, I could kiss you all

I did have soups and bars, ended up throwing about a months supply of each away due to being 6 months out of date.

I know they would have been ok, but the thought of them being out of date put me off them.

Plus I prefer the shakes overall
