Dinner:

Fillet of cod
Steamed potatoes
Mixed leaves and tomato salad with light French dressing
Peas

Still on track - haven't got through a day of dieting without slipping once for a long time lol x
 
Yay, well done lady! I've booked to check out this gym tomorrow. X
 
Breakfast : Such a busy day, didn't get to have breakfast until 3pm! Had 2 wholemeal sandwiches and a banana.

Dinner: 2 enchiladas and a light chocolate mousse.

Total: 1400cals (another 400-600 to eat?!)
 
Yesterday had another busy day, didn't get a chance to have breakfast, then went out for lunch, had pasta and an ice cream dessert - clearly a cheat day - had no dinner as lunch was rather calorific and I still stayed within my calorie limit :)

Today:

Breakfast was a smoothie, lunch remains to be seen as I'm going to mums but she knows I'm on a healthy eating plan so not expecting anything too bad :)
