    This is what ive planned for tomorrow, hope is right and that i stick to it lol. Will let u know ;)

    Weetabix minis, banana - 200kcal

    Milk - 200kcal

    400g soup, mullerlight - 300kcal

    quorn bolognese - 400kcal

    Rice cake and philly - 50kcal

    12 grapes - 50kcal

    Cals 1200

    Todays menu

    toast and jam 88, 39 kcal

    2 x snack a jacks 76 kcal

    slim a soup ( will be travelling ) 56
    wholegrain bread 88


    12 grapes 50 kcal

    BBQ Time lol - chicken breast 192

    pork sausage x 2 235

    Jacket potato 282

    grapes 50

    not sure that im supposed to have all those calories at tea time but ive stayed within my daily limit and its just a sure fire way that i wnt say stuff it i will start tomorrow so pass me the burgers lol. Which will lead to another one, then a beer, then a puddong and easter eggs lol

    Daily calories eaten will be 1156
