Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can only have cheese as 2 a choices, b choices are meat, bread cereal etc on a green day so you would have to count the extra cheese as syns.:(

Thanks for the post. I have been filling my diet sheets in online on the SW website,so that I get it right! Lol.
I have also asked my MIL as she attends a class, and I can definitely have cheese as a b too. I did this when I started going to classes in January also, so I don't make the mistake!

After 3 hours of dancing last night and then waking at 4.30 this morning with my Daughter who is 21months I am a little tired!!!! :nightf:

Hiya you are right with the cheese option on B choice that is only on green but not on red.:)

Well, after a really horrid weekend (a limo took my wing mirror off my car, terrifing my 21 month old Daughter and didn't stop). Then spending 4 hours travelling down to Wales (normally takes 1 3/4 hours) and 3 1/2 hours driving back home visiting In-Laws) :eek: - I had lost the will to live!!! :sigh:

Hi all!
My Daughter comes back home this evening and I can't wait to see her! :D She has spent the last 2 weeks with my MIL, as the Childminder is on holiday. So for 2 weeks my baby (21 months) has been in South Wales living it up with her Grand parents and having a blast!!!
