Sunday - Green Day

Breakfast - Banana and cup of coffee

Lunch - 1 Alpen Light Choc and fudge (1/2 HEB), couple of spoons of light choices cottage cheese, cup of tea.

Dinner - Pasta bolognaise (sp) made with 85g extra lean minced beef, onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes, dash of worcestershire sauce, dash of soy sauce, herbs with pasta shapes and 28g cheddar cheese (6 sins).

HEA - 250ml s-s milk
HEA - 250ml s-s milk
HEB - 2 Alpen lights
HEB - 85g extra lean mince

Snacks - 1 Alpen light to have this evening
Apple
Mullerlight

Sins - cheese on pasta (6)
 
They were ok, I usually put them with the Quorn swedish balls so it's like meatballs and pasta
 
Nope they are fre! Like most of the Quorn stuff they are quite dry if you have them on their own but they are ok when you have them with spaghetti shapes
 
Monday - weigh in day!

Weighed at boots today, down to 11st 12lb so I think that is a 3lb loss :D

Breakfast - coffee and 1 Alpen Light choc an orange bar

Lunch - spicy Mug Shot

Dinner - 3 tacos (7 1/2 sins) filled with sweet chilli Mean Beanz, tomato and topped with cheese with potato skins topped with 14g cheese (3 sins), onion and chilli flakes.

Snacks - 1 small vanilla latte @ Costa (sins?!?) Just found out 10 sins in a small!!!!
Apple, banana and mullerlight this evening.

Breakfast - coffee and 1 aplen light choc and orange

Lunch - tin of spiderman pasta shapes and banana

Dinner - will be having bean lasagna made with tin of baked beans, tin of Mean Beanz italian beans, onion, tin of chopped tomatoes, peppers and worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and herbs topped with 28g cheese

Snacks - probably have mullerlight and an apple

Sins - bag of skittles (11 sins) Why, I don't even really like them. Waste of sins.

Wednesday

HEB - 3 Ryvita multigrain
HEB - 2 1/2 light laughing cow triangeles/1 alpen light apple and sultana

Breakfast - coffee

Lunch - Ryvita and laughing cow (HE's) and banana

Dinner - Jacket potato with low fat cottage cheese salad and tacos (7 1/2 sins) filled with Mean Beans sweet chilli beans topped with 42g cheese (9 sins)

Sins - 16 1/2!!!
 
Stayed the same this week so a bit gutted really.

Monday - green day

Mid-morning - starbucks caramel macchiato - 12 sins
Lunch - 2 mug shots
Dinner - will have spag bol made from 85g very lean mince and carrots, onions, peppers, tinned tomatoes and herbs/spices.
