Maybe snack of Maltesers - 5 sins (ACTUALLY HAD 37G BAG - 9 1/2 SINS

Dinner - 2 tacos (5 sins) with sweet chilli beans and 42g r-f cheese, golden rice and macaroni Pasta 'n' Sauce (1 sin)

Snacks later - probably 37g bag of Planets - not tried these before - 9 sins I think?!? (ONLY HAD HALF PACKET AS HUBBY ATE THE OTHER!) SO 4 1/2 SINS

Monday - lost 2 lbs today!!

mid-morning - costa small latte (5 sins as far as I remember)
Lunch - nothing
Dinner - pasta with Loyd Grossman sauce (7 sins) and 42g cheese (HEA)

Breakfast - 1 1/2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB)
Lunch - 1 Alpen Light bar
Dinner - Bean lasagna with 21g r-f cheddar, free potato wedges and green beans. 1/2 clementine

HEB - 1 Alpen Light and 21g r-f cheddar

Not been so good at updating lately

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - 2 Rich Tea - 3 sins
Dinner - chilli con carne made with 85g very lean mince, onions, peppers, tinned tomatoes and chilli powder with a tin of mexican meanz beanz served with rice
