Day one of Pro Points and I think that keeping a diary will hopefully help me along the way. I have four stone to lose and have got in to some awful habits since having my son in January. So here goes!

Breakfast

30g Ready Brek - 3pp
150ml Semi Skimmed Milk - 2pp

Snack

Galaxy Caramel - 7pp (oooops!)
Seriously need to start snacking on proper healthy food, I'm just so tired all the time!
