    Not a good day, my lovely dog died unexpectedly yesterday, didn't feel hungry at all as so upset but was determined to start my diet today and make myself eat properly.

    Sorry to hear about your dog, they become part of your family and its so sad.

    Re your diary, just plan your shopping and you'll not make the same mistake, but all said and done, just use a few less from today to make up for it and on EE, you have a varied diet, so can fill up on sf fruit and syn free yogurts too. xx

    Hi Hun, Im sorry to read about your dog. They do become members of the family and it is hard when they pass away.
    Try to get into the habit of keeping your diary up to date that way then, you can keep an eye on what you are eating.

    Thanks to you all for your replies, it really was a complete shock losing T'ai and as you say they're part of your family.....the house seems so quiet without her :sigh:

    I'm ok thanks, still getting used to the house being quiet. Managed to lose 1lb this week which im happy with as eating hasn't been great.......been too hot hasn't it! Just been picking!

    I love olives too but feeling very focused at the moment so was able to stop at 8 lol :D

    Not a good day....had a really bad migraine so when I wasn't being sick I was asleep

    I didn't eat until around 9pm and then I only had some toast

    Still not feeling great today but will try to eat properly

    How's the migraine - I have been suffering with headaches this week, but I think that's mainly because of lack of fluid (esp in this heat) and lack of food (too busy at work to eat) and of course stress and the heat

    Hope your migraine has passed so that you can focus on your weight loss

    Yea I'm fine now thanks - think mine was a combination of heat (no air conditioning at work!) and stress!

    Back being focused on the diet ;)

    Saw your fantastic weight loss again - well done hun i'm sooo jealous! Mine is coming off but very slowly, think I need to be more organised rather than just chuck things together when I get home lol

    Your dinners always sound lovely mine are a bit boring!
